This Privacy Policy describes how VitalLog ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Calculator BMI mobile application (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
a. Personal Information: When you sign in using Google Identity Services, we may access your Google account email and name. This information is used solely to identify your subscription status via RevenueCat and to manage your backup on Google Drive.
b. Health and Body Data: The App allows you to input your weight, height, age, and gender to calculate your BMI.
- This data is stored locally on your device.
- If you enable the backup feature, this data is uploaded in an encrypted/private format to your personal Google Drive account (in a hidden application-specific folder). We do not have access to your other files on Google Drive.
c. Automatically Collected Data: We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
- Google AdMob: Collects Advertising ID for showing personalized or non-personalized ads.
- Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Collect anonymous usage statistics and technical crash reports to help us improve the App.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To calculate and track your BMI and weight trends.
- To provide data synchronization across your devices via Google Drive.
- To manage Premium subscriptions.
- To analyze App performance and fix bugs.
3. Data Storage and Security
We do not store your health or personal data on our own servers.
- Local Storage: Your data stays on your phone.
- Cloud Storage: Your data is stored in your private Google Drive space, which is protected by Google's security infrastructure.
4. Data Deletion Rights
You have full control over your data:
- Local Deletion: You can delete all records within the App settings.
- Backup & Data Deletion: You can use the "Delete All Data" feature in the App settings. This will permanently erase all local data and delete the backup file from your Google Drive.
- Request Deletion: You may also request data deletion by contacting us at vitallog.apps@gmail.com.
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party SDKs:
- Google Play Services / Google Identity
- Google Drive API
- RevenueCat (Subscription management)
- Google AdMob (Advertising)
- Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics)

6. Children’s Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent and aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
